Extrusion billets

Zalco specialises in manufacture of aluminium extrusion billets.

Besides conventional casting, Zalco also has a Wagstaff Airslip casting installation.

These products are available in lengths varying from 500 mm to 8000 mm. Each bundle is packaged in the most efficient way, but can also be packaged according to customer specifications. Billets are packed on wooden runners tied with plastic straps.

Zalco has 2 types of homogenisation: batch homogenisation furnace or continuous homogenisation furnace.
